1st Shift 7:00am- 3:30pm
Fields all telephone inquiries on incoming toll free telephone lines and provide consumers with answers and solutions to their questions relative to product assembly, product use and missing or defective parts issues.
Provides after sales service to customers within the guidelines established by the sales warranty program.
Processes all customer inquiries received through the mail, electronic mail, fax or telephone.
Provides documentation of service part orders for the purpose of internal tracking and resolution.
Provides assistance and support within the customer service department to process customer returns, credit card approvals and filing requirements.
Performs all other duties assigned by the QA/Consumer Customer Service Manager.
