When you work with EMI Staffing, we handle the complete hiring process from start to finish.

Step 1: Hiring

We begin recruiting candidates by advertising and pulling from our extensive employee database. Once we’ve selected a pool of qualified candidates, we verify employment history, perform drug screening and conduct criminal background checks. By the time an employee is ready to interview with your company, we’ve already provided orientation documents about our personnel policies, as well as given them background information about your organization.

Step 2: Employee Management

We continue to stay in touch once you’ve successfully hired one of our employees. Some of our employee management services include: coaching, counseling, performance reviews, attendance issues, payroll management, etc. We also provide a comprehensive benefit package for all of our employees.

Step 3: Separation

If you need any further assistance with hiring an employee full time or dismissing them after their assignment is complete, we’re here to help. No additional costs to hire are required.
