    Job Description-
    This buyer has the opportunity to participate in supplier negotiation and perform a variety of routine purchasing tasks that involve materials, supplies or services.

    Duties include, but are not limited to:
    -Review purchase requisitions and place orders with approved suppliers.
    -Evaluate bids as needed.
    -Select or recommend suppliers as needed.
    -Negotiate price, delivery, quality and service.
    -Follow up on all purchase orders until completion.
    -Assist in negotiations for major purchases by developing or compiling statistical information and gathering other data as required.
    -Coordinate with Accounting department as required to resolve questions on suppliers’ invoices.

    -Requires a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    -Requires intermediate negotiation abilities and above average analytical skills. Shows excellent verbal and written communication skills. Developing competence in computerized procurement systems. Requires intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. May require MS Access experience.

    Job Description:

    -Set up injection and compression molds and necessary auxiliary equipment.

    -Optimize process settings at setup for the production of acceptable parts.

    -Assist in the troubleshooting and debug of new molds.

    -Assist in the diagnosing of molding problems.

    -Maintain daily maintenance and safety checks on designated machines.

    -Ability to set up and process production molds with minimal supervision.

    -Assemble or disassemble hydraulic hoses.

    -Blueprint interpretation.

    Job Description

    First-line supervisor responsible for assigning and coordinating the work in a manufacturing department in order to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining quality.

    Has authority for personnel actions and oversees most day to day operations of group. Maintains log of shift operations. Prepares daily time sheets for hourly employees, production summaries, overtime and downtime reports. Inspects product to verify production specifications are met. Reviews production schedules, material and manpower resources. Assigns employees to maximize production objectives, maintain quality and attain output requirements. Participates in establishing and modifying operational methods and processes by recommending changes in materials, equipment and procedures. Maintains a variety of reports, records and production documentation to reflect schedules and performance. Trains new workers in the organizations operating procedures and standards.


    Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience.

    Good work record and experience. Ability to lead in a production environment. Requires tact and good judgement. Excellent communication skills.
