    Job Purpose/Role:

    As a Recruiter, you will provide full-cycle recruiting support for all level positions. You will be expected to engage a passive talent pool by utilizing various recruiting strategies which will include pipeline recruiting, internet research, networking and other niche sourcing techniques.

     

    Essential Job Functions:

     

    1. Drives the recruiting and hiring process to include: sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, selection, negotiation and extension of offers.
    2. Creatively researches and sources candidates through advanced search techniques and develops internal and external search strategies.
    3. Consult and train business partners on talent market data, hiring trends and recruiting best practices.

  • Maintenance – Grenada

    Job Description

    Under general supervision, responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment and electrical systems.

    Troubleshoots mechanical systems such as hydraulics, tooling, bearings, fittings, and pneumatic systems Troubleshoots industrial manufacturing equipment and electrical systems. Installs electrical utilities and reads electrical schematics. Fabricates and installs piping systems (pneumatic, water, and gas), Fabricates and installs welded sheet metal assemblies (tables, fixtures, etc.) Works successfully within preventative maintenance, environmental, and safety programs.

    Qualifications

    Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires a minimum of 2 years related experience.

    Proven ability to read electrical schematics and hydraulic / pneumatic circuit schematics. Ability to fabricate and weld sheet metal and industrial piping systems. Possesses good problem solving skills. Communicates effectively. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and part of a team. Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability and willingness to work flexible hours and overtime on a regular basis. Reasonably available to attend off-shift training when required.

    Looking for a CMM OPERATOR  in Grenada

    Job Duties:
    • Responsible for measuring all first piece production set-ups.
    • Responsible for assuring all incoming components are verified and approved dimensionally.
    • Assisting Engineering Dept. in performing various testing such as torque, push out force, and other tests as required by customer.
    • Responsible for completing own forms and proper filing along with keeping SPC charts up-dated as necessary in the production departments.
    • Assist Quality Department in maintaining all calibration of in-plant gages and fixtures and recording results on computer.
    • Responsible for complete layouts of all new jobs for PPAP submissions.
    • Verifies dimensions on sample parts for Engineering.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Working Conditions:  Manufacturing plant environment

    Physical Component(s):  Standing and walking up to 40% of work time.

    Education/Experience:
    • Requires 3 years of related experience in CMM operation / set up (programming is a huge PLUS but not required);
    • Manufacturing experience in automotive is preferred (but not mandatory)
    • Ability to read/follow detailed work instructions
    • Works independently using manufacturing/engineering sketches and drawings
    • Ability to use measuring equipment and gages as required
    • Ability to lift 30 lbs.
    • Requires intermediate math skills involving decimals and fractions as they apply to drawings, sketches and measuring instruments
    • High school diploma or equivalent; degree is a plus

Prepares daily time sheets for hourly employees, production summaries, overtime and downtime reports. Inspects product to verify production specifications are met. Reviews production schedules, material and manpower resources. Assigns employees to maximize production objectives, maintain quality and attain output requirements. Participates in establishing and modifying operational methods and processes by recommending changes in materials, equipment and procedures. Maintains a variety of reports, records and production documentation to reflect schedules and performance. Trains new workers in the organizations operating procedures and standards.

    Qualifications

    Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience.

    Good work record and experience. Ability to lead in a production environment. Requires tact and good judgment. Excellent communication skills.
